Refund & Shipping Policy

Refund policy:

Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations.

We do not offer and refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is a fault on our part. 

If there is an issue with an order please message us within 3 days of receiving to discuss possible options. 

Shipping policy:

You will receive a tracking number as soon as we create a shipping label for your order.

Keep in mind, we cannot control USPS and UPS shipping times. Once we drop off your order it is out of our hands. 

Local Pickup: 

Orders must be picked up within 60 days from when your order is ready. 

After 30 days, a reminder will be sent. After the 60 days, your order will be donated. Please message us if you need to switch to shipping.
